The pickups have been replaced with a set of Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounders. The pickguard has also been replaced from the original "single ply" blackguard to a "single ply" white guard. There is plenty of life in the frets with low action.

My dogs love all things Chuck it! And this did not disappoint. I was concerned that since it was made of color scraps it may come apart, like the orange ones do. I have 2 serious chewing Belgian Malinois. But so far this ball is staying the distance and boy does it bounce!
